I don't care if someone is more into people of their sex than into the opposite. IT DOES NOT MATTER! But when you have people being sincerly scared of them there is a problem. A true problem.
Did you know that in Greece (Before the Roman empire of course), the citizens and army officials encouraged the men serving to take up homosexual partners? Yep. This was so they didn't have the pent up sexual energy that we know men would have had being away from their wives for years on end. They also encouraged the women at home to take up partners to. Obviously Ancient Greece was not a monogomous society but thats not my point.
If we had our ancestors (face it we all are from Greek decent somewhere back there) approving of something so trivial as liking the same stuff they had themselves why are we so caught up in it? I don't understand this. Its stupid and ignorant.
"Its Immoral, Jasmine!" Why? Who determines whats moral and whats not? Well it obviously wasn't anyone with sense because the same people who tell me that homosexuality also say that its right to kill someone for killing someone else. Obviously an uninformed, less than intelligent, unaccepting person. And someone or a group of someones who I wouldn't want to associate with.
God loves us inspite of our sins and although I do think homosexuality is a sin, its not as great a sin as homophobia. In God's eyes every sin is a sin whether it be child abuse, murder, lying, or having a sexual relationship with someone of your sex. Frankly it doesn't matter to me what you like to sleep with... but theres not enough tic tacs in the world to get me with a girl.. no offense of course... :)
