While in prayer the Father
spoke of this time of preparation. He gave me a series of alliterated words beginning with the letter
“p” which I constructed into the following sentence:
This time of preparation
is a precious, personal and pertinent time. Our priority is pleasing God, which can be painful to our
flesh. God’s presence is required for perfecting to maturity in a powerful way. It’s a
time to be practical, persistent, and constantly practicing what He teaches us.
The Father then gave me
the following word for His church:
In this time of preparation
of each and every person for that which is to come—that which I am preparing you for in order
that you may more completely fulfill My will for your purpose as a living stone in My temple—in this time of preparation, I am requiring of you all of your attention, all of your obedience
and all of your effort. For this is not a time that I would spend in preparing that which is haphazard,
that which is imperfect or that which is incomplete.
There are many things and
there are many areas of your life as an individual person who is a living part of a greater organism
that require preparation. The purpose of this living organism, My church, is to manifest My wisdom
unto all which I have created and to bring about a unity based upon the truth. The truth of My word
and of My Son, the Living Word, as revealed to you by My Holy Spirit according to your fellowship
with Me and My word and through the Spirit of My Son Jesus Christ.
You will not attain to that
preparation for perfecting and maturity without total effort on your part. As you continue to do those
things that you know that you must do in the natural in order to train and discipline and mature yourself, so you must do those things on a physical basis in order to continue to have those same results
in your spirit man. For those whom I have called, My Son, Jesus Christ, and Him crucified, is My
power and wisdom. Man’s wisdom is earthly, sensual and demonic. My wisdom requires that
you lay down your life in order to have life.
Those things that are in
your temporal life which you see all around you, and those things which you covet as you look upon
them with your mind—those bright and shiny baubles of new things and the glitter of the latest
technology—they will not satisfy you. For those of you who are in My Son Jesus Christ, those
things will not satisfy you.
For those of you who desire
those things more, that is to say, over, above and beyond the things that are of Me and of My kingdom,
those of you who covet those things are not making preparations according to My will. Those of you
who continue to flit like a mosquito from one to another and gorging yourself with their blood which
you think contains life are just as apt to be squished by the hands of the enemy as is the mosquito
itself.
My word is truth. Your
unity together as living stones constituting My temple comes from that unity based upon My truth.
Your helter-skelter revelations based upon fleshly and worldly observances are of no substance and
of no use in building living stones of My temple.
Just as surely as I have
created you to be with Me for all of eternity and to escape many of the things which are coming I
also surely urge you to continue and be patient and to be faithful unto what I have revealed to you
in My word. My Holy Spirit shall continue to be faithful to you as you are faithful in My word in
His revealing those things that are of Me.
For I am not a God that
would withhold from you. I am not a God with a carrot on a stick and Who treats you like a donkey
to entice you along the pathway. I am a God that gives to you all that I have that you may be with
Me.
It is only with open hands
and open hearts and a hunger and a thirst for the truth of My word and the truth of My Son that you
shall come into the fulness of all that I have given unto you from before the foundations of the
world.
Be patient, and continue
faithful in that which is from Me. As you are diligent in your pursuit of Me and My Son, and My
Holy Spirit and My kingdom, in that diligence shall be your eternal reward.
