There is coming even now a small cloud over
the horizon about the size of a man’s hand. And as My prophets await the arrival of this cloud
which will break the years of dryness and barrenness, so shall they send the watchman upon the wall
and ask the watchman what they see. And they shall send them out again, yea, seven times shall they
go forth until they come back and report to the prophets, yes, I see a small cloud about the size of
a man’s hand.
And at this My prophets shall rejoice and they
shall mobilize. For then shall the latter rain come in its fullness. And My prophets shall outdistance
even the horses and chariots of the kings of this world.
And the latter rain shall pour forth and it shall
bear much fruit. And the barrenness and the dryness and deadness of that which has existed shall
be saturated with the glory of My power and My Spirit. And as My prophets arise and run to their
appointed places and confound even the wisdom of the rulers of this world so shall they bring with
them My spoken word which brings life.
For I am about to empower My people with the
power that you have longed for. As you step out in the faith that comes from the abundance of My
Holy Spirit, during this latter rain combined with the former rain, one little step in faith will produce
a multitude of big miracles. And as My people continue to follow the example set forth by My prophets who shall speak forth My word, tremendous power shall saturate the earth, as a deluge of rain,
and it will literally drip because of the thorough saturation of My people with My Spirit.
And in this spiritual atmosphere of great power
I shall raise up My servants. I shall raise them up, I shall raise them up. And as they are raised up,
they shall raise up My people with them. These will be the long awaited apostles as many have longed
to see. However, many will be disappointed as they will be true apostles, like My servant Paul. And
they shall be unpopular with the religious, but they shall be powerful leaders of those of My
Spirit.
And in this saturated spiritual climate, great works
shall be made manifest as the fullness of the expression of My servants continues to raise up those
of My church who have been beaten down by the traditionalists and the legalists and they shall
rejoice in the liberty of My Spirit. And there shall be much fruit and it shall be plentiful and the harvest shall be great.
So look for those servants that I raise up, who
are raised up in like manner as My Son, Jesus Christ, on His cross. So shall they be raised up in the
fellowship of their sufferings with Christ and they shall draw men unto Christ and they shall raise
those up. And when My glorious church has thus arisen and begins to shine, those in the darkness
shall look and they shall see and they shall find the way, the truth and the life.
