Posers (old rant ignore dates)

As anyone who is currently viewing this page knows, I update the web this Tuesday after school. Well I was sitting here realizing that I needed a new rant to run along with my attack on Mrs. Blank. Basically the motivation for this rant is aggravation. I am not, despite the title, going to call people posers, but yet explain why the word its utterly retarded.

The word Poser is a word used commonly to describe anyone, depending on context, that doesn’t fit the complete stereotype of the social group they fall into. For example, dumbasses in the punky group would call someone who doesn’t either skateboard or ride bmx a poser. Well its time to realize how fucking moronic you are. I would figure ESPECIALLY the punk group would realize that doing this contradicts everything they stand for. The whole part of being rather punky is rebelling against labels, and being yourself, not what people want you to be. So you see how this is damaging us? No matter what social group you belong, or what to belong, in your faced by fagots who choose again to make themselves feel better by pointing out your uniqueness. Just because someone doesn’t like the same band you do, wear their hair like you, dress like you do, or participate in the sport you do, doesn’t mean that they aren’t for the same cause.

So basically this is a big FUCK YOU to anyone and everyone who will not be named that has ever called someone a poser, and a means of motivation for those who have been called it. Stand strong, be yourself, don’t let anyone tell you that you don’t belong.

P.S. To resolve some questions about Max’s rants on preps, When he says preps he is referring to anyone and everyone one that fits the description provided. If you don’t think your a prep, then chances are you probably aren’t one. Be yourself and you'll be fine.
