Big Foot has been spotted thousands of times in every single united state, minus Hawaii. The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization holds expeditions through certain areas and they search for Bigfoot. Below are details of these expeditions.
The array approach requires the assistance of several dozen people. However, it's not just a big group camp out, with everyone tromping around in the same area, scaring away all the animals. Rather, participants will meet every afternoon, then split up into small groups of 10-20 people. The small groups will head out to an array of different remote sites to perform sound blasting and listening for return vocalizations.
Each group will monitor a different valley or portion of a valley, from sundown til 2am. Every ear in every group is needed to listen for the distinct vocalizations of sasquatches in that area.
The BFRO guide for that group will broadcast recordings of sasquatch screams and howls from large speaker systems. As with other animals, this often elicits return screams/howls from any sasquatches in the area. We've been successful at this in several different areas in the past.
