Burger King has always insisted that you can "have it your way", however i've been forced to believe the contrary. Now I admit, most of the time when i say "Hold the/No pickles", i wont get pickles. So, with the specific ingredients, they're ok at following your order. However, Burger King has been the King at leaving off things items i've ordered. Now i understand that it gets tricky with the poor sound quality at the microphone, and the incompitant punks who work the drive-through, but they are plain BAD at it.
Here's An ACTUAL Order They've Fucked Up:
2 Hamburgers w/o Pickles
3 Cheeseburgers
1 Meal #3 w/ a Coke
easy enough right?
What I Recieved:
2 Cheeseburgers w/pickles
1 Meal #2 w/ a Coke
3-4 Onion Rings (bottom of bag)
That order was fucked up about, 4-5 months ago, but i still remember it. If the service was bad enough for me to remember a specific order 4-5 months later, it's officially bad in my book.
