Kyp woke with a semi start . He could feel an almost unfamiliar set of presences in the Force. He frowned slightly,
and slipped from the bed, pulling on his boxers as he did so. He grabbed his lightsabre from where it lay on the floor and began searching the room to try and figure out where they came from.
He concentrated when he found nobody, and found the presences coming from the bed. He moved closer and reached out with the Force.
Siee felt a rush of coldness where warmth should be. She blinked awake and looked to where kyp SHOULD have. "Kyp?" she asked, a sudden plunge of fear in her.
His eyes widened with something between fear and joy. The two semi-familiar presences were WITHIN Siee. He blinked. "I.. I'm right here, Siee," he moved to sit beside her on the bed.
"What were you doing?" she asked, rolling over in bed to face him, a sleepy smile on her face.
He half smiled, hiding his shock. "Nothing, Precious... just stretching stiff limbs."
"While carrying your lightsaber?" she asked.
He shrugged and dropped it to the floor so he could slide in beside her and cuddle her. "Dunno."
"Kyp... you're a horrible liar, dear. What's wrong?" She snuggled up to him.
"Nothing's wrong," he said in complete honesty.
         "Then what were you doing?"
"I thought I felt someone ele here..."
That wasn't a lie... it was a point of view half-truth.
"Someone else?" she sat up a bit. "How could there be someone else..." her voice trailed away. She hadn't been focusing on the Force. She opened herself up but all she felt was cloudyness around her.
There was too much emotion radiating off both of them for her to be able to pinpoint anything.
"Don't worry about it, Siee. You're safe." he cuddled up to her.
"No, I want to know." She was going to be stubborn now.
"Okay... Close your eyes and concentrate," he reached out with the Force to embrace her.
Siee did so, trusting Kyp to guide her.
When she'd done so, he directed her sensing within herself.
Her eyes popped open. "Oh my."
         "Yeah...."
She blinked. "But... oh my.. oh gods Wes is so going to kill us." She sat up and hugged her legs to her chest, resting her chin on her knees.
He movd to sit behind her wrapping his arms about her, pressing his chest to her back. "He will not. We're married, it's not like you're a dishonest woman," He spoke into her hair.
"But I don't know how to be a mother..."
"I'm just learning this Jedi stuff now! How can I do this?!"
"hey, you're not alone, here, Precious One.... We'll figure it out together."
"Well, there's going to be no hiding this from Luke when we get back..."
"He knows what's good for him, he'll keep a secret."
"Just as long as Corran comes no where near me for the next few months." Siee felt a bit better and leaned back into Kyp a bit.
He wraped his arms around her, and started trailing kisses along her neck again.
Siee closed her eyes. She was scared, but Kyp's attention seemed to ease it a bit. "You trying to distract me..." she asked.
"Yes I am... is it working?" he asked, trailing kisses along her shoulder.
"Maybe... " she closed her eyes.
Loving kisses trailed around as he moved in front of her to kiss along her collarbone.
"And you claim not to have any experiance..." Siee whispered, running her hands in his hair.
"I don't. I just... am a quick learner," he chuckled and moved up to kiss her gently, lovingly.
Siee kissed him back gently, leaning backwards to let his weight rest on top of her.
He shifted slightly to the side, one hand roaming lightly down her body.
"I'm still scared... I think we may have jumped into this a bit too fast..."
He stopped with a sigh and lay back beside her.
"It won't be the first time I've been accused of being impulsive..." he reached out and cuddled her against himself. "But we love each other, and we'll love our children. That's what is important, isn't it?"
"But you're a wanted man... and I'm Intel... this doesn't make for a perfect match." She cuddled into his arms.
"Neither did a princess and a smuggler," he whispered into her hair.
         "But I'm not a princess..."
         "I'm not a smuggler...."
He leaned up on an elbow. "But... you're a princess to me."
         "We're doomed," she joked.
"I'm doomed either way... but I'd rather be doomed and be with you, than be doomed and be alone," he told her quietly, laying back down and nuzzling her neck.
She sighed. "We'll figure something out. If anything, we can live on Taanab. No one there watches the holonews. We'd be safe there."
"You think too much, you know that, Siee?" He lay back and sighed. "I'm not a wanted man."
"But you said... on Coruscant..." She got up on her elbows and looked at him.
He frowned, "What'd I say?  I never said anything about coruscant."
She rembered now that these were sleep-talk confessions. "Ummm..." she bit her lip.
         "Siee...?"
She smiled and leaned over, kissing his shoulder.
He pushed her back and looked her in the eye. "No, what are you talking about?" Was that fear in his eyes?
She sighed. "You talk in your sleep," she whispered.
He frowned, "What did I say?"
She lowered her head to lay on his chest. "You were trying to lure the sith to you by killing people who were attacking others."
She could hear his heartbeat quicken, his sence in the Force darkening slightly as he grit his jaw. He said nothing.
"Don't close up on me, Kyp." She looked him in the eyes. "Don't you dare close yourself off to me."
"I'd hoped you'd never find out," he whispered hoarsely, closing his eyes and holding her in his arms.
He squeezed his eyes shut trying to banish the memories of hundreds of screams... accusing eyes....
"Why, because you thought I'd leave you?" She kissed his forehead. "I knew all this before I even kissed you, Kyp. I love you, and what you did before... you did it for me. Stupid, but you were doing it for me."
It may not have worked... but when I go back I'm heading to the deepest levels... why didn't I think to do that before? he thought to himself  as he hugged her close, burying his face in the crook of her neck forthe comfourt she afforded him.
"We will attack this thing together... destroy it once and for all." she rubbed her hands in his hair, knowing he liked that.
Suddenly, his thoughts weren't of the happiness of a newlywed, but of calculatons, and battle plans....
He shook his head, "No, Siee. I don't want you to have any part of this."
"I already am a part of this!" she stated. "You need me to draw him out. He doesn't want you."
"He won't want you now, either..." Kyp's voice sounded haunted as he recalled what the Sith had said through Siee once. He shuddered at the thought that it might come to pass.
"I can protect our babies." She looked at him with determined eyes. "I wil not have him take over you either."
"No. When I go back to Coruscant, you go to Tanaab."
         "No.:
         "Please."
"No." She stared at him. "No matter what I have to go back to Coruscant. My life is there now, and no Sith will chase me away."
"You can go to Coruscant when this is over," he had pulled back and was looking her in the eye.
"You should know by now that you can't order me around. I'm going with you."
         "Please, Siee...."
         "No."
He sighed. "I can promise you things are going to happen that you won't like."
"When has that ever bothered me?"
He sighed and turned away from her, presenting her with his lightly-lined back. "Foolish girl...."
Siee got up on her knees and hugged him from behind. "Foolish wife you mean." she nuzzeled him from behind.
"Let's not talk about this anymore," He told her softly. I'll figure something out that will keep you from being involved....
"Sure, I'll just ask you later when you're sleeping," she teased.
He stiffened at that, "Devious wife."
He sighed, "I love you anyway."
"You'd better." She kissed his neck, then gently nipped it.
He sighed and huddled his back against her while using the Force to pull the blankets bakc up over them.
Siee chuckled and pushed the covers back a bit so that she could run her hands over his bare chest. She nibbled more on his shoulder, nipping and suckling together.
         He shuddered slightly, "Oh Siee....
He turned around and hugged her closely
         "just let me hold you...."
She straddled his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Hold away."
He just held her, her weight comfourting atop him. He breathed in her scent, and sighed.
She gently ran her hands down his hair and to his back, letting her fingernails gently rub back and forth.
"I have a feeling our life will never be simple," he said quietly as he lay back and restd with her against him.
"Ya think," she said gently, kissing his nose. "We could make it simple though..."
         "How?"
"We have a farm on Taanab. Acres of land. We could live there, set up our own house, raise our family away from everything that bothers us in the galaxy."
"I couldn't do that...."  he shook his head, "I'd like to, but I can't sit still....  Besides, the galaxy has a way of catching up with me."
"You think I can sit still?" Siee pointed out. "But we need someplace to call our own. And while I love Coruscant, it's not the best place to raise a family."
"I agree. I don't like it much anyhow. Too many people, too closely packed," he shuddered. Toomuch like Kessel....
"And I don't think Booster will want us here for the rest of our lives." She grinned.
         "Is it very sunny there?"
She thought a moment. "Some days... but our home is on the edge of the forest so we're pretty shady most of the seasons."
"Let me rephrase, does it get very dark?"
         "At night."
"But the stars twinkle all night, and there's one star that people say you can use to guide your way home."
Fear settled in his stomach. He couldn't handle that again, but then she told him about the stars, and it melted away somewhat. "Good, as long as there's stars...."
"I used to hate the world, when it was all that I knew. Now that I've been almost everywhere... I can't think of a more perfect place."
"Tanaab it is, then," he agreed quietly, holding her close and nuzzling he shoulder. "Whatever you say, Siee... whatever you say." He stifled a yawn, then.
"Hey, you going to sleep again?"
"I wasn't ready to wake up. Blame the kids," he half smiled and pulled back to look at her.
She smiled softly. "Don't blame them just yet. Wait till they get me going." She snuggled up beside him, running a finger up and down his chest, from neck to waist.
He chuckled then yawned again, allowing his eyes to slide shut.
She was already fast asleep beside him.
