The next morning, Kyp
slowly awoke. He blinked, briefly wondering where he was, then smiled
as
he realised he was cuddled up with Siee in her room. He closed his eyes
and cuddled her closer with a happy sigh.
They lay beneath a blanket, both still fully
clothed as they had been the evening before, having fallen asleep as
they huddled together for comfourt against the cruel world, and crueler
memories.
Siee sighed peacefully in her sleep, snuggling her head
against Kyp's chest.
He kissed the top of her head with a small smile.
Then he took one leg and wrapped it around hers,
just to draw her closer. He wanted to hold her so tightly, but didn't,
because she was sleeping... and he didn't want to hurt her. He smiled
softly and sighed again as he let his mind wander, trying to piece
together the feelings roiling through him.
Siee felt him pulling her closer and unconciously a small
smile came to her lips. She slowly woke up and looked up
at Kyp's thoughtful face. "Which mystery of the world you trying to
solve now?" she asked softly.
He opened his eyes and looked down at her. "The
mystery of feelings," he said quietly.
"What kind of feelings?" she asked, smiling. She let her
fingers gently walk up his arm.
He opened himself up to her through the Force,
blocking all but the feelings that confused him so. And sharing those
confusing feelings with her. "Those kind."
Siee closed her eyes and let the feelings wash over her. She
chuckled. "I know those feelings..." she said.
"What are they called? What do they mean?" he
sounded genuinely befuddled.
"I dunno..." she opened herself to the Force and let her
similar feelings wash back over Kyp. "But you're not alone."
His eyes drifted shut with a slight smile as he
held her close... then he opened them slightly before leaning down and
brushing his lips against hers.
She kissed him back softly. "You know, Master Skywalker is so
going to seperate us..."
He leaned his forehead against hers, "Well, we'll
just have to keep things secret as best as we can."
"You do know you are a terrible liar."
"Yeah well.... what do YOU think?"
Siee thought for a moment, then chuckled. "We could always
run off and get married... then he can't say anything."
Silence met her answer.
"I'm kidding!" she joked, poking him.
He smiled slightly, seeming almost disappointed.
To cover up, he kissed her again.
Siee kissed him back, opening her mouth slightly to
deepen the kiss.
Kyp's heart stopped in shock, he didn't know what
to do!
So, she decided to show him by darting her tounge out quickly
and flicking it against his teeth, then retreating back inside her mouth.
His breath gaspsed and his heart finally started
again.... tentatively, more slowly, he did the same.
She let her tongue come back out, and while her tongue teased
his to dance, he
willingly
followed her lead. After some time, they drew apart for even Jedi
students need to breathe. "Wow," he whispered.
"Hey, that's my line," she teased.
"I'm Kypster the Mighty," he smiled softly, "I
can say what I want to."
'Kypster the Mighty, he's very whiny, thinks that he knows
everything, but he's just being a pain... wants to control everything,
but he doesn't know a thing... "
"You're slipping," he said mock-seriously.
"My mind's preoccupied," she defended
"What with?"
She wiggeled her eyebrows in response.
He raised one of his. "What?"
"Nothing," she said innocently.
"I don't believe you."
She shrugged. "Your loss."
He pulled back away from her, rising on an elbow
to look down at her. At the sight, he smiled.
"What you smiling at?" She asked with a fake pout.
"Nothing," he answered in the same tone she had
earlier.
"Liar."
He just smiled.
She poked him. "kypster the liar..."
"he's no longer tired..." he smiled and sang back.
"he's sleeping in siee's bed..."
"Just so he can kiss her head," he winked and
kissed her forehead.
She laughed and then playfully bit his chin in response.
His stomach rumbled and he pushed himself up to a
seated position, "As much as I hate to say it.... we have to go eat."
"Do we?" she pouted.
"If we don't, they'll come looking for us...
probably under the assumption that I've killed you and am eating you,
or something."
"I have been told that I taste good," she joked,
He got a quizzical look on his face, then gently
claimed her mouth with his own a moment. After that moment he pulled
away and
nodded, "That's true."
She laughed and pushed him away. "Fine, we'll go get
breakfast... lunch... whatever dry stuff they are serving?"
He got off her bed and headed to the door, "I'll
be there in about ten minutes."
"What, afraid to show up with me?"
"No - just protecting you. Trust me." He smiled
sadly and left the room.
She shrugged. "I don't care. I'll wait for you."
He sighed and turned back, "Siee...."
At her stubborn look, he bowed his head in
defeat, "Alright." He turned and called his now dry cloak and robe to
hand, put them on, and walked with her to the cafeteria.
