Mr. and Mrs. Douglas H. Spensley

June 15, 1997

Doug and I met each other in 1993 as

co-workers of a local communications service

center. We began dating in April of 1995.

We bought our home in October 1996 and

were married June 15th of 1997.

Doug and I were married at Lakeview

Baptist Church with services by Reverend

Laverne Ardnt. Our reception immediately

followed at the local Disabled American

Veterans Club. We left the reception that

evening and headed for Walt Disney World

in Orlando, Florida.

We would like to thank all who participated

in our blessed day of promising our love and

devotion eternally.

Marriage Prayer

Lord, help us to remember

when we first met

and the strong love

that grew between us.

To work that love into

practical things

so nothing can divide us.

We ask for words

both kind and loving.

And hearts always ready

to ask forgiveness

as well as forgive.

Dear Lord, we put our

marriage into your hands.
