Let's get to the point here, this page is my opinions on rap, if you dont like it then I just suggest you not read it because I am not going to take it down. If it offends anybody Im sorry but it's my opinion, you may have a different one but if you want people to know yours then make your own page, because these are all my opinions.

What Rap Is To Me:
Rap to me is a type of "music" that has no talent in it at all. Really anybody could rap, all you need to know is a old nursery rhyme or you can take the beat of somebody eleses song, like a rapper that most of you know. There is not talent in rap at all, the closest thing to talent in rap is maybe the guys who run the turntables in the back, but the guys that are up in the front "spitting rhymes" into the mic they have no more talent then a pre schooler. A pre school kid could rap all it is, is just some idiot getting rich off of a rhyme usually about "bitches" and platinum grills, which I have no idea why they would want to have platinum grills, for one they, they look gross, really though is that a turn off to chicks? I know if I was a chick I wouldn't want to kiss no dude with a big platinum grill. In all these rap videos I see on tv, they show a rapper with lots of money, which half of it is fake and the other half isn't theirs, they make it look like they are really rich, even people that play good music aren't that rich, they could make themselves look rich but what's that got to prove? To me rap is just a big stupid ripoff of country music, it's about the same, minus guitars, bass, drums, yodeling, and white dudes.
White Rappers:
Now the most rappers I hate are the white ones, because they try to act like something they aren't. For example Eminem, one of the biggest white rappers ever. He tries soo hard to be like a real hommie, but all in all he just sounds like a rapper with a New York accent. I don't have any clue to why people buy his cd's, he makes fun of his own fans and his mother in them. What kind of ass makes fun of their mother, no matter what about the past you should always forgive, making fun of people is just another way that people try to make theirselves feel better because all their life they were made fun of.
What's With The Vehicles?:
What's up with the "pimped out" vehicles in these rap videos? They rent these "pimped out" vehicles for these videos and drive them around with other people bouncing around in the back, and the hydrolics going. Then you get the videos where they take motorcycles and burn the back tires wheel up, oh how fun lets waste this tire and our money we don't have.
The "Beats":
Ok have you ever noticed that in all rap songs, they have this continous beat that sounds like a old atari game? Well for example that "song" done by Snoop Dogg, I don't know the name of it, but it is the new one he has out. But anyways that beat they use sounds just like music in a video game. And most rap songs sound about the same, they are mostly about the same crap, they are either complaining or "singing" about money, bitches, and cars.
The Videos:
Most rap videos have woman shaking there butt as fast as they can in some thong, and "pimped out" cars and motorcylces. They all flash money and throw it around. They all seem to remind me of the "hood" every time I hear a rap "song" I think of the ghetto.
Names Of Rappers And Of The "Bands":
Some of the names of these rappers and the "bands" are funny. Names like: Puffy, Vanilla Ice, Lil Wayne, Lil Zane, Master P, Snoop Dogg, C-Murder, Silk the Shocka (Spelling), Mystikal, Jay Z, 2 Pac, Dr. Dre, Coolio, Juvenile, Red Man, Method Man, Busta Ryhmes, Ol Dirty Bastard, Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, DMX, Xzbit, Knoc-Tunal, Hitman, Kurupt, Nate Dogg, Six Two, Ms Roq, Lil Kim, Ja Rule, Sisqo, DeFari, man I could go on for hours but I don't want to waste time on naming dumb rappers names. Some of the bands names are funny too, but I don't feel like naming them.
Rap "Songs":
Ok now here is something that just is funny too. The names of some of these so called songs that they sing. I wonder where they get this crap from, I hope this is not their life experiences or anything because if it is that's pretty sad. Here are some of the funny rap "songs" titles I find humorous: Numba One Stunna, Big Pimpin', Hey Papi, Bitch Niggaz, Some L.A. Niggaz, Pause For Porno, Bang Bang, again I could go on and on about these songs but it's pointless.
Drugs And Rap:
Why is it most rappers have to do drugs or sell drugs? In some of these rap "songs" they talk about selling, buying, or doing drugs, drugs are for people who can't handle pressure and have very low self esteem, I have noticed there are alot of kids at my school who do drugs, they may have been pressured by their friends, or they may do it to be "cool" but they look like asses if you ask me. When you buy drugs, you are paying for your death, even it is slow but there are some drugs that can kill you right on the spot if your body doesnt accept it. Drugs are something not to be messed with and I don't get why these rappers would sing about it, some people will do anything to be like their favorite band member or whatever, so if they see a rapper smoking a big joint then they'll do it because he or she does it. They just set a bad example for people, with the gangs and drugs and all the bullshit.
Conclusion:
Rap even though it has no talent at all, it seems to be all that is on the music channels anymore, and other bands like to mix rap and metal like Limp Bizkit which really sounds bad if you ask me, but it is my opinion like it or not.
