The Odyssey section of the website contains both general links to information relating to Ancient Greece and to Homer's epic and an instructional unit containing lesson plans for high school literature courses. The purpose of this section is to provide the student with a variety of self directed lesson plans and with practice using the internet as a research tool. A table of websites relating to Ancient Greece and to The Odyssey appear on the instructional page to provide easy access to teachers and students who want to explore and learn apart from the lesson plans.
