Itinerary
* Select a destination in the United States for your
vacation.
* Select the dates for your vacation.
Travel
* Select the mode of transportation you will be
taking on your trip.
* Establish your arrival and departure
times.
* Decide on your local transportation
needs.
Accommodations
* Decide on where you will be staying once you arrive
at your destination.
* Name of place and dates you will be staying
there.
Budget
* You have $1,000 each to spend on your
vacation.
* You need to establish your budget for the following
areas:
1)
Travel--write down the exact amounts
2)
Accommodations--write down the exact amounts
3)
Food--estimate this amount, but be realistic
4) Daily
Expenses--attractions, shopping, etc.
5) Cash
Reserve--extra cash for emergencies
6)
Miscellaneous Expenses--new clothes, souvenirs, etc.
Evaluation
* Write a one page type-written report on your
overall vacation, attractions you've seen, a list of expenses,
etc.
* Create a scrapbook of the places you've seen along
with a brief caption explaining each of the places You can copy and
paste the images into ClarisWorks Drawing.
