Objective Goals:
The students will be able to write a newspaper story by interviewing a
classmates after each student answers a number of question and researches
their favorite planet. The student will read a book about their favorite
planet and develop a presentation for the class.
The students will be able to list the nine planets in order and be able
to list certain characteristics of each planet after watching a video.
The students will be able to use gravity calculations in equations to find
their real age on each planet and their weight on each planet. The students
will make predictions about their weight and age and chart the results.
The students will calculate with the given variable each planet and chart
the results. The students will compare and contrast the results and write
a summary of their finds.
