What if?
Do you ever stop and wonder as that love one leaves for the day, what if that would be the last time you ever saw them again . . . Did you take the time to tell them you love them, give them a hug . . . or say "I appreciate You" . . . or were you mad at one another and playing the game . . . they didn't speak so I'm not gona speak. What if, there time on earth was over and now you couldn't say you love them, you couldn't hug them and you couldn't say you appreciated them. Love the greatest of all gifts extended to anyone . . . yet we forget, don't take the time, or simply put off extending love. What if....? it happened to you. Could you have peace within knowing that you tried your best to walk in the love Christ as taught us? Have you hugged someone today? Have you picked up the phone to encourage someone instead of talking bad about somebody else? Have you dropped a email to that person who might not be feeling as well as you, or needs some real encouragment? Have you sent a card? Have you told them you love them? What if . . . you never get another opportunity to do those things. What if . . . you waited to late.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind: charity envieth not: charity vaunteth not itself, it is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil: Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth: Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth; but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. And now abideth faith, hope charity these three: but the greatest of these is charity. 1-Corinthians 13:4-8 13
The greatest thing you can do is LOVE....
