Microwave Fudge

1 Stick melted Butter
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Box 4X Sugar (Powdered Sugar)

Mix well. Microwave 3 minutes on High. Beat in 1 tsp. Vanilla and 1 Cup Nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 inch buttered pan and allow to cool (but not in the fridge)
