If We Keep Asking Why
We'll Loose Knowing God In His Fullness
I can remember when Tosh was growing up, often times when I would tell her to do something, she would ask why. In my experience with Tosh it was never ask once. She would ask why, I would give my logic reason and she would ask again and so forth.......Finially I said because I said thats Why.
Now if we look at this from our christain life, many times we do the same thing. If everyone would be honest with themselves we all have at one time or another ask the question why. Why did this happen to me? If we get so caught up in the constant Why and What, we get our focus off the Who......and that is God.Things in life just happen, sometimes our bodies get sick or they malfunction or they quit. Sometimes their parts wear out and they new ones. We can kinda look at our car, if that car begins to have problems we fix them or finially it quits. In life things just happen, and we don't always understand why, sometimes that why might never be answered. But God is in control and is answer is because I said so. God knows everything about you and I. But God also wants us to trust Him and know who He is.
What is God to you?The greatest thing God is to me is love. What is God's love like?
*That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his spirit in the inner man: That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith: that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is breadth and length, and depth and height: and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.
Ephesians 3:16-19
See if we keep focusing on WHY....we will loose having the fullness of God, in our life.
*Charity suffereth long, and is kind:charity envieth not: charity vaunteth not itself, it is not puffed up,Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil:rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth: Beareth all things, believeth all things hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail: whether there be tongues they shall cease, whether there be knowledge it shall vanish away. And now abideth faith, hope, charity these three: but the greatest of these is charity. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, 13
We need to quit asking why and trust and rest in God's love. Why? Because God's word says that prophecies will fail, tongues will cease, knowledge will vanish away but love will stand.
*Here in is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgement: because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love: but perfect love casteth out fear; because fear hath tormant. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4;17-18
We need to quit focusing on why, and walk in God's love and know what God's love is like.Trust God through evertything that you are going through or facing.
*For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
God loves us, and he knows the answers to all are why's in life. Because God knows it all. But lets try not to ask why so much and try to walk in the fulness of God, and trust Him to take care of everything........He will.
***Trust in the Lord with all thine heart:and lean not unto thine own understanding.In all thy ways acknowledge him,and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
Why? Because God loves you.....
