On the language selection screen (at the start of the game)press across till you get to the italian flag. Then press L2+R1+up+square till a screen comes up with two guys faces.

Unlimited Weapons:
On the language selection screen (at the start of the game)press across till you get to the French flag. Then press Up, Up, Down, Down, Select, Triangle, Circle, Square, Square, Right, Right, Left, Left, Start .
