1976,four years after the Oil Shortage.Gangs roam the highways of America,pirating tanker trucks and scavenging food and supplies from defenseless towns.The United States Auto-Viglante Commision forms (USAVC) and hires out to so-called 'auot-vigilntes'.Like bounty hunters of old (another task they perform),they track down and eliminate the gangs.Another branch of the USAVC is used to smuggle goods out to the No-Man's Land (western United States).These smugglers are the life line to many small towns on the west coast,and are continously attacked for their supplies.That's all for now.Check back for more later.
