WELCOME TO THE WONDERFUL UNITED STATES!! You are about to go on a virtual tour of any state you choose.  During the next week or so, you will travel and discover facts about a state you have always wanted to visit.  On this trip, money will not be an issue.  Everything you want to learn will be found on the internet.

Activity One: Look the the travel brochures and choose the state you would like to visit.

Activity Two: Take a Quiz to find out what you already know.

Activity Three: Find and record information about your state.

Activity Four: Why did you choose this state?  What is interesting there about it?  Find out some interesting trivia about your state and  the cities within.

Activity Five: Take an online quiz about your state.

Activity Six: Create a word search or a crossword puzzle about your state.

Activity Seven: Begin writing your travel brochure following the samples in class.

Activity Eight: Be a travel agent and convince your classmates to visit your state.
