          Moving that text over.

I wanted to have a side bar image but didn't want my text all over it.
Then i was visiting Flashers site and BINGO! thats what i need.
          Flasher was a lifesaver.
I used 4 <<>UL>'s and 4 <<>/UL>'s at the bottom for this page.
          Cool huh?

EXAMPLE BELOW OF WHAT I USED FOR THIS PAGE

The bordered background i used is in white below.
Notice the <<>UL>'s are after the closing <<>/head> but before the opening <<>body tag.
The closing <<>/UL>'s are before the closing <<>/BODY> Tag.

          <<>html>
          <<>head>
          <<>title>Moving the Text<<>/title>
          <<>/head>
          <<>UL><<>UL><<>UL><<>UL>
          <<>body
          bgcolor="#000000"background="https://www.angelfire.com/il2/MrSands/images/fs4.jpg"text="#ffc700" link="#ff1493" alink="#add8e6"vlink="#ff0000">
          <<>basefont size="3">
          <<>center>

PUT MUSIC AND TEXT OR WHATEVER YOUR PAGE IS ABOUT HERE

          <<>/center>
          <<>/UL><<>/UL><<>/UL><<>/UL>
          <<>/body>
          <<>/html>

Flashers tip on keeping text off side bars.
Before the body tag put <<>UL> as many times needed.
Then close with <<>/UL> as many as the first.
