Push and hold the ( CMD ) key and hit the ( letter G ) key once.
Ok now while holding the shift key use your arrow keys to highlight whatever you want.
Do you got it ?
Ok now push and hold the ( CMD ) key and hit your ( letter C ) key.
Scroll way down and put your cursor in the box below.
Push and hold your ( CMD ) key and hit the ( letter V ) key.
Wow you just copied and pasted some text.
