SYNOPSIS

It's the re-appearance of Eugene Tooms, and he's still out for another liver. But this time, he attempts to frame Mulder before getting away with the murders ... unless Mulder himself has anything to say about it. When Tooms takes the fifth liver that he needs, the action escalates as the murderer himself is killed in his own cocoon ... the horror is over forever. We also meet Assistant Director Skinner, Mulder and Scully's superior, and the Cigarette Smoking Man speaks for the first time. Part II of II.
