SYNOPSIS

Mulder and Scully investigate a case of a toddler dying after being hit by a train while wandering onto the tracks after a balloon. They meet Charlie, and his ghostly twin brother who is the cause of the murders. Now only an old group of men called the Calusari can exorcise Charlie before it is too late.
