Wow, it seems like forever since we last had some silverchair news eh?
Well, as some of you LAS members might already know, the latest issue
of the L.A.S informed us all that silverchair has 14 songs writen for the new
album! although they didn't really get into much of what the new album will
sound like, or what the titles of the songs are but hey! They also said that
the Clash tribute album should be coming out sometime in december, and if
it doesn't come out before silverchair's new CD does then we will get to
hear their version of "Londen Burning" as a B-side for an upcoming silverchair
single! Also, silverchair's video for "Cemetery" has somehow been nomenated for
an award at this years MTV Music Video Awards.. Even tho I am really happy for them
to get nomenated, it just is a little confuesing since that video was like never played
on MTV.. hmm oh well! Go Figure! Alrighty, well that's the news for now!

Alrighty well lets see where to begin .. ah yes the song lyric of the week..:
movin on..if silverchair went to your school but they weren't silverchair
and they were just ben, chris, and daniel how do you think they'd fit in
at your school? what clubs and stuff do you think they'd belong to?
who would they hang out with ? alrighty well see I go to the chicago academy for the arts and at our school we each have a major soo I'd have to say I could see Ben probably in the music department because I dunno if he's like good at any of the other arts.. and he'd probably hang around with the visual artists cause they're all like the party animal types.. and a lot of them are into heavy music like korn and helmet and such much like Ben is.. and then I actually could see Daniel as more of a creative writer.. and like work on his lyrics and stuff in there..altho maybe he'd be in the music department.. not sure .. anyway I think he'd hang around with prolly.. more of the creative writing or theatre/musical theatre crowds and then for chris.. I'd have to say music department and he'd probably hand around with either the music department people or just like the random people who don't really fit into any other groups.. but yeah I think they're fit into my school ..espeshially daniel.. cause he's into more then one art since he does the lyric writing, music stuffs, and he also loves to draw..
and I think he'd be most likely to hang around with the people that I hang out with so um yup! and then the other question was : what silverchair song would i want to have played at my wedding.. hmm.. *hehe* as strange as it is maybe abuse me.. *lol* i dunno why i just kinda would!
and now for the quote of the week: "If I get a lucky charm and take it everywhere then I'll lose it because I always lose stuff" - Daniel *lol* that's totally! I swear Daniel and I must have some kinda bond here or something cause basicly that's always what happens to me like last weekend when I was in michigan I had these lucky rune stone necklaces and I'd wear them all the time and them BAM! I lost em some how!

My perseption on that is that Daniel was probably pretty depressed when he

wedding.. ?? hmmmmm Undecided from the Abuse Me single Some of the
lyrics

was not what
i could have played at the wedding i would shoot for isreals son (live) from
the shade
single.

Ok, look I'm posting. yay. Anyways, to answer the question if daniel, ben &
chris went to my skool would they fit in? Well, I go to an all girl's school
so obviously not...but, if I made some of those girls guys..ehh..no, they
still wouldn't fit in. Sowry. My school is filled with narrow minded, preppy
snobs...and there are only a few groups of people that are rilly rad and like
Silverchair!

popular, or total outcasts. I mean, they are hot, and you are judged on
appearance alot, but then, we have a lot of YO's at my school, so they might
not be accepted too well...and if they did come to my school, they would hang

***Probably the Door. It has to be the most "upbeat" of 'chair songs (if you
can really say that any of them are upbeat...) and I guess it would be the
most relevant too. You could interpret the meaning of the song to be like,
opening up a new doorway of your life, and marriage would certainly be one...I
