Hey all you silverchair freaks,

Well I hope everyone's pasover/easter weekend is going good.. and/or spring break if you have that now as well. My spring break was two weeks ago cause my school is weird.. but hey! I can't complain about having a break right? Alright well lets see here.. first things first, and the first thing would be

alright.. well so basicly Chrissy what you're saying is that you don't like pete because he had you taken off the guestlist at a silverchair show? and that everything he says and or does is a lie? hmm just sounds like someone is jealous to me..

yup it was mentioned on the last page of kerrang! from sometime last april or may i believe .. alright well that's actually pretty normal i mean they both are of age to drink and so if it's true that they do drink then so be it.. it's not like there's anything we can do to stop them..

right but what i was asking was how do you know that he drinks now in the first place?

alrighty then now that I've covered all of that here goes my veiw on the song quote of the week : "you're state of mind's improved but we're still apart.. i visited you'd moved don't know where to start.." well to start that off I have to mention that the first time I heard pop song I thought he was saying "You stayed at mountain grove, west of the park.." which I somehow thought was a rehab center or something.. *l* I dunno I'm screwed up... ANYWAY

so what does this quote mean to me? what do I think it means? well since the song is about some friend who screwed up their life by some sorta addiction and then basicly they grew apart.. I can relate to that.. somewhat.. so like basicly what I get from it is that you blame the person's ignoring you on their problem but then once they've gotten better they keep on ignoring you and you can't reach them and get things in your friendship or relationship whatever back to normal.. and that really hurts..

If silverchair were to get another full time member ofthe band yeah I think it would totally change them, because since they're all good friends and always have been if they threw somebody else in there it would alter not only the sound of the band but also their relationships with each other.. and who knows it could make them better.. but it could also screw them up..

Social prejudice and hatred...and a belief that Santa Claus is real." - Daniel: i really like this quote.. as strange or stupid as it may seem i think it totaly has a deeper meaning in it, like daniel is saying that we're all concintracting on all this horibly negitive stuff all the time and I mean yeah the world is screwed up and filled with all these things like prejudice and hatred and all of that but then there are also all these fairytale type things people believe in at the same time .. and so he's basicly making almost a joke of it..

Subject: Finally a POST!! :)

Hi silverchair ppl!
Well since i never post i thought i would contribute to this one. My main reason is because the quote of the week is from one of my all time favourite sc songs....that being "Pop Song". Well i don't really know what the quote means....i think only sc and possibly only Daniel really knows. Since the song is about drug addiction and having had friends and having friends in that position i think it really says some stuff that's right about the whole messed up deal. The person went to see whoever it was that was involved with the drugs and they weren't there. I think they got on with there life because "their state of mind improved" and they cleaned up.
As for Daniel's quote.....I agree with everything he says about the social prejudice and hatred because it is soooo true and i think everyone experiences it to a certain degree. Whether it's because of race, religion, sexual orientation or just anything they're all things we should learn to look past instead of at. As for the Santa Claus thing.....Daniel must have got a lump of coal in his stocking this year and is obviously very bitter that Rudolph decided not to stop by. We all know Santa Claus is a real elf <----wait...isn't that an oxymoron :) :)

I think Gavin Rossdale should join sc because then there could be a WWF segment at the end of the show and we can watch the guys....especially Ben and Chris (they have a little more meat to them....not in a bad way) jump on him and throw him into the moshing crowd. :) FYI: I'm not a psycho...just not a Gavin fan. :)
