Hello all you silverchair people!

So how is everyone's new year going? I hope alright..
k, well now it's time to answer the questions from last week!

the song quote "As he got older things got worse, like he was born under a curse" : this discribes how i feel at least, about growing up, espessialy the transition into the teen years, because once you get into high school and stuff then everything changes, and at least for me got worse.. and i think that's a commen feeling for people around our ages and stuff like that.

the 12 band heidi fest line up: silverchair (duh!), magic dirt, KoRn, NIN, you am i, L7, helmet, tool, veruca salt, sleater-kinney, marilyn manson, and the smashing pumpkins/offspring *tie* what an interesting combination that would be eh? well i know that silverchair would be happy at least with a few of the choices such as themselves, magic dirt, korn, nin, you am i, helmet tool, and offspring..not sure their oppinions on the other guys.. although they have met marilyn manson and thought they were cool guys! *hehe* but i would personally love that concert! and so there you have it!!

and now on to the quote of the week "I find it hard to make friends with people, because I don't trust many people. I used to, but I don't anymore. It's not like I hate everyone. It's just hard to find people I trust. That's why I love Ben." -Daniel.: well i know a lot of people probbly think that this quote is about because when yr in a band people start coming up to you, claiming to be yr best friend, and wanting to hang out with you, and stuff like that because they want to hang out with someone famous, because they want something from you. but the truth is this could be in any case of someone using you like that.. for me, it means something to me because i had an experience where i really trusted this one friend of mine and she really really betrayed me, and now i find it extreamly hard to make friends and trust people anymore because i don't know who really is what they seem.. and so basicly i only trust my very closest friends.. which are not that many people at all.

alright well talk to you all next week! and btw for the people that have sent messages to me but gotten no response yet, sorry, i'll get back to you as soon as i can, and to sarah, i'll call you soon i promise!!

that would be my 12 bands.....but what danielfest will REALLY be, is a 4 day festival, where there are 25 bands playing a day, and the days expand to 48 hours EACH DAY so that we can see all those bands every day and still get enough sleep..... :) cya all later!

Those people are none other than..... any guesses?? Everclear!! I do believe that in the Spin Sessions Art (from Everlcear) was talking about how they beat up silverchair, so I take it they must've been opening for this show and decided to run out on stage and kick their asses! So there ya go :)

"As he got older things got worse, like he was born under a curse" is pretty self-explanatory, and I think it's something we can all relate too. Have you ever noticed that things change so much as you get older? And sometimes it does get so bad, like losing friends because of going to different high schools or having to deal with more stress, being more self-conscious as you get older.....

For my "custom concert" I would have so many bands that I would love to play, but I doubt most of you have ever heard of them so I won't share :(

People will start calling you up pretending to be your bestfriend, and when you finally trust them they'll stab you in the back leaving you alone. It's what happens once you become famous.

The guy banging on Ben's drums? ect ect?"....well, the BOY that is wrestling with Daniel, just happens to be Art Alexakis of everclear, and the guy banging on Ben's drums is the drmmer from everclear, and guess who the guy is? on chri's back? it's the bassist of everclear!!! cos you remember the surfirder benefit album? well, that was from that particular concert and silverchair and everclear totally trashed the stage, equipment and covered everythin in dunny paper!!! :)anyways, I hope that i help ya out in a BIG way...:)
