Troop 490 will be attending Camp Robert Drake June 10 - 16, 2001. We will depart from the city building at 11:30 a.m. Sunday June 10,(eat before you come) and return around 11:00 a.m. Saturday June 16. Leaders will be Larry Thurow, ASM all week with others to decide later. Plan for all kinds of weather, and plan on having lots of fun! A group of Scouts from Rantoul will be joining us this year with 1 leader. Keep checking here for more details!
Families, don't forget that Wednesday night is family night! Bring some of your scout's favorite food and picnic. If possible plan on around 5:30p.m. for arrival. After you eat there are activities and the O.A. Callout Ceremony later in the evening. Don't forget the bug spray! Check out the link to the Prairielands Council web site.
