Too much dreaming

Today we went to see "Almost Famous" for my second time. That and watching ER got me thinking about roles I'd like to have played in movies and TV. I would've loved to play Penny Lane in Almost Famous
Because she is so beautifully complex - there are so many emotions involved in that role. Playing Sandra in Last Night would've been challenging, but in a good way, such a tragic role. But oddly enough I want to go into comedy though males play most of the comedy roles I like best - I wish I could've been a Kid in the Hall. I'd have liked to play the crazed fry guy in the workprint version of Brain Candy. O Banky Edwards in Chasing Amy, even Luke Wilson's role in Dogpark. Although I can think of 4female comedic roles I would've liked to play 1. Celia in Dinner at Fred's 2. Kate Hudson's part in 200 Cigarettes. 3. Beth on NewsRadio 4. Hope on Twitch City. I wonder what these wishes say about me?
