Istanbul - Inside the Grand Bazaar
A visit to the Grand Bazaar will be one of the most amazing
shopping experiences you will have in a lifetime. No kidding!
Jewelry, leather goods, pottery, brassware, you-name-it. And the
bargaining is unbelievable! The bazaar is indoors (although
there are some adjacent outdoor stalls that, technically, are not
considered part of it.) It's several city blocks square. As you
proceed farther inside, you turn down cross-aisles, and the
passageways get narrower--and soon you can't find your way out.
Every merchant will eventually offer you a "special price" for
his wares. "For you, my friend..."
