Rhodes - a deserted back street
When you get out of the touristy, business areas of the Old City,
here's what you find: empty, narrow passages with virtually no
one around! For a brief time, we became thoroughly lost in these
deserted walkways. But it was a good feeling. We had no sense
of apprehension. It was interesting. And we experienced a sense
of what the middle ages must really have been like.
