ESP - A Theory
By Galena Tyger Eye
Do you believe in extrasensory perception (ESP), or psychokenesis, the abilities to either sense or move things with the mind? Most of you probably think that many of these abilities that people supposedly have are simply tricks with mirrors and string. Most of it probably is, but is all of it? Possibly, Or possibly there are abilities that science has only just begun to touch upon.
Think on this. Scientists have all but proven that all matter is made from energy and that this energy is simply waves. Using our mind to control our body is simply waves controlling waves, so could it be possible that we can manipulate the waves of things separate from us? It has been known to happen. For example, when a person dies, sometimes the change in energy causes their watch to stop. The watch isn't a part of them and they don't do anything physical to make it stop, but it does. What if we can somehow figure out how we can consciously control this?
Another argument for ESP is the fact that the average person only uses around 10% of their total brainpower at most. Suppose that a person could either use more of their total brain capacity or a different part of their brain? Suppose that a part of our brain can control the waves that form the matter of other objects. After all, it can control the waves that make up our own body, so why not other waves?
I've never met a person who has ESP, but I can't discount the existence of it because of all of the possibilities. We don't have the technology today to prove or disprove the existence of ESP or psychokenesis, and although I remain skeptical about it, it seems very possible.
