Matar - Total Service Whether producing raw castings or finished products, Matar offers quality and craftsmanship at competitive prices. Matar’s Engineering Design Department works closely with the castomer down to the last detail for full satisfaction. Skilled engineers design the molds with state-of-the-art Cimatron CAD/CAM systems. In the foundry, top grade castings are produced with highly complex cores, in a wide range of alloys. Manufacturing, Finishing and Assembly Departments use both conventional and CNC machining to support mass production or complex short run products. Customers may specify anything from thermal heat treatment and integration to a variety of anodizing or super hard coating options.
