You are going to set 5 lifetime goals in this lesson. When setting these 5 lifetime goals, think about activities you want to be able to do at these stages in your life, and how muscular strength can play a part in helping you to attain these goals.

The goals that you are setting pertain to activities you would like to participating in at these ages, and your physical well-being at these ages.  Think long term and how you can achieve these goals to give yourself the best chance in have a quality life.
