Glenn Hardin has published two books, Giants, in 1977, winner of the Voertmann Poetry Award, and Fool Proof, in 1990, with help from a fellowship from The Texas Arts Commission. He is the winner of several slam competitions and was the host of poetry shows in Austin, at Chicago House, and in Bisbee, Arizona, where he now lives. "Bad Mustache" and "As You Disappear" are from a finished manuscript entitled Dancing to Escape.
