David Salner's poems appear in Threepenny Review, Prairie Schooner, Southern Humanities Review, Washington Square, Poet Lore, and many other publications. His second book, Mug Shots, is available from March Street Press. He has worked for many years all over the country as a furnace tender, iron ore miner, garment worker, and machinist. He currently lives in Frederick, Maryland, with his family and earns his living as a GED instructor and librarian.
