Dende, Kaioh-shin, and the elder Kaioh-shin watch Gokuu through a crystal ball on Namek with Porunga still waiting for the 3rd wish. Kaioh-shin tells Bejita to ask nicely, but the elder Kaioh-shin says that Bejita's pride won't allow that. Finally, to the surprise of the three gods, Bejita says "please".
On earth, two men in a snow-filled place location debate on whether or not to comply with Bejita's pleas. One of them raises his hands, only to end up getting exhausted after only a second. the other man says it's a devil's trap.
On Planet Kaioh-shin, fat buu gets beaten up by chibi some more, and Bejita senses that fat buu might die soon. Satan has had enough, so as chibi buu prepares a ki blast, he decides to help (yeah, ok) by throwing a rock at chibi. Chibi looks, cancels the ki attack, and Satan runs away towards Bejita and Gokuu's direction. Chibi buu sees the bright energy ball atop of Gokuu and gets mad.
Since fat buu is unconscious, Bejita decides that he should try and buy Goku some time and Gokuu should try and persuade the earthlings himself. Gokuu is opposed to this, since Bejita just got revived. Bejita confronts chibi buu, only to get beaten up (big surprise there).
Gokuu starts begging the humans for help. Some of the past good guys (mostly in Dragonball), recognizes Gokuu's voice and raises their hands. No. 17 is walking in the forest and hears Gokuu's voice as well. He points a gun at two other people who raise their hands as a reaction. No. 17 says something like, "Yeah that's how you do it," and raises his free hand as well. (I'm not quite sure how he ended up in a forest, much less why he is alive. If you know, tell me). Others think the voice is more trustworthy now as opposed to Bejita's, but most people are still skeptical.
Bejita is badly beaten up now, so chibi buu goes after Gokuu.
[Commercial Break]
Bejita hits chibi with a ki blast in the back, saying that he is the one with the power to defeat chibi. I guess chibi believes this so he leaves Gokuu behind (really stupid) and goes after Bejita.
On earth, Piccolo told Gohan, Goten, and Trunks that people are suspicious because talking to all the people on earth was the sam trick used by Babi-di. He then suggests that they fly around to all the cities and try to persuade the humans themselves. the three saiyans agree.
Gokuu begs for more energy but no one on earth gives a damn.
Gohan goes to a city but everyone ignores him. Goten and Trunks visits a group of farmers, but the kids get ignored as well. Piccolo goes to an amusement park, but everyone gets scared of him, so they all run away.
Bejita gets beaten up again. Gokuu is now frustrated, so he calls the humans idiots. Consequently, the humans unwilling to help still refuse. Then, it hits Satan (he can also hear the humans' comments). Satan is the only person all of mankind would listen to, so he starts asking them for help. Satan flashes a V-sign and boldly tells the humans that he is fighting majin buu, so he needs their energy. He sheepishly looks at Gokuu saying that he just had to lie so the humans could help. Everyone on earth is glad to hear satan's voice, so they all raise their hands and shout, "Sa-ta-n!" The earth glows from the accumulated energy. The energy travels in space towards Kaioh-shin's planet.
Gokuu tells Bejita to hold on a bit longer. The Genki dama is now at full power!
