New Nightmare 2 Scene 15 DISSOLVE David with his head down into his cupped hands. The silver of his handcuffs glinting off of the overhead hanging light. The camera pulls back to show him sitting behind a bare wooden table. A typical room for questioning. David looks around the room. David's Pov as he looks at the walls, a yucky putty color, nothing really to catch his attention. The sound of the door beginning to be unlocked makes him turn his head to the door. A medium sized man in a somewhat cheap suit walks in. He closes the door, caring a file under his arm. Then he moves to the table, staying quiet. Then he bends over the table, Opens the folder, and starts to lay out the pictures of Candy at the crime scene. After 3 pictures of Candy, the officer then starts to place some pictures of Samantha. Then the officer closes the file, and places it off to the side. Then he pulls out the chair on the other side of the table, and sits. David looks briefly at the pictures, but is caught in emotion, and buries his head back into his hands.Officer 1 Feeling guilty about something? CUTOfficer 2 Why did you two kill them? You trying to make one of your dad's movies? Josh We didn't kill her. We tried to stop the psycho who did it, but by the time we got to her it was to late. Officer 2 That is why there were no locks that had been tampered with. No windows broken. And when the officers got there, you had to unlock the door to let them into the house. CUTDavid I couldn't stop him. I wanted to, but I couln't Officer 1 Who, Josh. David No, The killer. CUTOfficer 2 Come on Josh, you know no judge in the world is going to believe you. Confess. Josh We didn't do anything. Officer 2 Maybe you didn't, but what about David. CUTOfficer 1 We've seen you room. That is some freaky shit. What are you. Some kind of a sick psycho. You must be some kind of a fan to have all of that shit. David Is there anything wrong with collecting memoribillia? Officer 1 No, if that was all you were collecting. Craven's missing. You haven't collected him too, have you? CUTJosh I'm not saying another fucking thing until my Lawyer gets here. Officer 2 Yeah, Your father's Lawyer is on his way. Josh Then we'll just have to wait until he gets here. Officer 2 glares at Josh, and reluctanlty gets up to leave the room. CUT Outside the two rooms in the hallway that connects them, Officer 1 and Officer 2 meet in the hall.Officer 2 What do you think? Officer 1 I don't know. It might be some kind of cult thing. There may be more out there. Who's to say. Officer 2 You don't think it was just the David kid? Officer 1 He's defiantly psychotic, no remorse or shit like that, but he would have needed Josh to be in with him to collaborate thier stories. Officer 2 When is there lawyer due? Officer 1 I just tried to get ahold of him again. No one can seem to find him. Officer 2 You think it's possible? Officer 1 What? Officer 2 That they did something with him. After all, it seems everyone else around these two are dead or missing. CUT Mirror shot through the mirrors into the two rooms. The shot is framed that on the left Josh is looking to center screen. On the right, David is looking to center screen. The camera is shooting from outside the two rooms through the two way mirrors. Josh's Pov as he is looking at the wall. On it is posted a sign. "Faith can move mountains" Josh sits there looking at it, now sure what to make out of the sign that had seemed to appear out of nowhere. CUT David sits there looking at the wall, at the sign that seemed to appear out of nowhere. David's pov as he looks at the sign. "The sword of Faith once used to strike down the pagan's godless souls. It remains in the possessor's heart."
