IWRG Reports (Not sure about the dates):
Taped May 30, Naucalpan, Estado de Mexico .-
***Arai and Mochizuki vs Kanda and Saito.- Arai and Mochi dominate most of the fall and play the rudo role (at least I think I can safely call them rudos), never went into a full out brawl, but they were into their character very well, their team looked more experienced than the 'tecnicos'. Mochi is by far the best of this bunch and was very active in most of the match, it looked as if the rudos were going to take the last fall but Kanda reacted and could put both rudos out by himself (Saito had already been defeated). Actually, he went to have a long near-falls exchange with Arai, won by the tecnico with a German Suplex pin.

*** Maniac Cop, Cyber Cop and Vigilante vs Micke Segura, Kato Kung Lee and Mega.- Hey, last Time I saw Cyber Cop, he was tombstoned by Maniac, now he's rudo!! The match opened with the tecnicos on top, they were so easily manhandling the rudos that they teased a walkout, nothing too special went on the whole match, the rudos brawled on the second fall but Kato was able to force Maniac Cop to an armbar and the tecnicos won in straight falls, the other 'Oficiales' and the Super Payasos came out to make a huge brawl after the match.

*** Shiima Nobunaga vs Ultimo Vampiro for Shiima's IWRG Intercontinental welterweight title.- Good tecnical match, although not too old school style as they usually do the title matches, Vampiro took the first caida with this powerbomb into the top rope into the mat, Shiima used the Shiima Driver (MDII holding opponent's leg) to even the score. In the third fall, it looked as if Shiima could take Ultimo Vampiro out after the Driver, but placed Vampy on the top turnbuckle to deliver an hypotetical frankensteiner, which ended into a powerbomb, and the title went to the tecnico!!

*** Mister Niebla (IWRG) vs Bombero Infernal (champ) for the IWRG intercontinental Middleweight(I think) title.- This match had more matwork than the previous one, Fake Mister Niebla won the title after they traded sharpshooter submissions on every fall, the hightligh of the match was Bombero Infernal doing a somersault bodyblock plancha from the apron to the floor on Mister Niebla... who dodged the attack!!!!

Taped June 06, Naucalpan.-

Zonick and Saito vs Rockambole and Mercurio Rojo.- Average low card match, the rudos dominated almost all of the match with some team work rudoness, the tecnicos reacted with brawling, not highspots, a surprise victory for the rudos with the only highlight of the match being the ending, which saw Rockambole back dody droping Zonick, who landed on Mercurio, the rudo catched him so that both rudos could perform a spiked powerbomb!! The pin followed.

*** Dr Cerebro, Arai and Mochizuki vs Micke Segura, Fantassy and Kanda.- It looks as if the Japanese like to work more physically and less coreographed than their Mexican partners, so whenever they were there, the action looked harder and more intense, on the other hand, Dr Cerebro and Micke continue to be on top of IWRG performers. Here they tried some difficult stuff which couldn't came off as well, but ovverall, the match was good, although only one pescado plancha as the only highspot, and lots of false ending closepins. The tecnicos won by DQ after the Doctor fouled Micke Segura in the third fall.

*** Bruly, Rody and Rolly (Los SuperPayasos) vs Oficial, Guardia and Vigilante (Los Oficiales).- (Maybe I got some names wrong) This is for the 'IWRG' Estado de Mexico Trios Championship! Lots of matwork, the first fall is decided after the SuperPayasos perform triple topes suicidas, they made it back to the ring, but the rudos didn't. Payasos kept some momentum on the second fall with some comedy spots, but the rudos kicked into the brawling to even the fall count. The brawling went on in the third caida, but in about 2 minutes, one of the rudos shoved one of the referees and the match was over by DQ!! In Mexico, titles change hands even if the match ends by DQ, (whoever wins the match by whatever means, wins the title).

*** Pirata Morgan, Maniac Cop and CyberCop vvs Mister Niebla (IWRG), Kato Kung Lee and Ultimo Vampiro.- The match suited Pirata Morgan's style, with lots of brawling. The storyline here was Mister Niebla turning rudo and taking Shocker's role of 'I won't help you but will fight the rudos by myself to show how great I am'. At the ending of the third fall, the tecnicos had the sure win, but Niebla laid down for Maniac Cop to get the pin.

Taped June 13, Naucalpan.-

*** Mochizuki and Arai s Kanda and Fantassy.- I got mixed feelings for the rudo team, they seem to dominate most of the time in all of their matches, but they don't look to be too good as a team, Mochi is quite good, but Arai is 'mr headbutt' and little else, well, he's kind of funny... Rudos won 2-0 on a very confusing finish (because poor camera work) which apparently had Arai making Zonick foul one of the referees, who tought the tecnico had attacked him and declared the disqualification.

*** Dr Cerebro, Punch Power and Bombero Infernal vs Micke Segura, StarBoy and Matador.- StarBoy looks like Tony Rivera now... he's also working very good as a tecnico. The match had some of IWRG best (Mexican) guys and did some good stuff, but overall, not too impressive. Rudos won.

*** XIII High Power Cup.- Maniac Cop, Mister Niebla, Cyber Cop, Oficial, Guardia and Vigilante vs Bruly, Rully and Rody, Kato Kung Lee, Ultimo Vampiro and Super Muņeco.- A High Cup without a Japanese team? The official time for this match was 37'14'', and focused mainly on the Ultimo Vampiro vs Mister Niebla (IWRG) feud, which might lead to a mask match. Oddly enough, they din't decide the match, when Mister Niebla fouled Ultimo Vampiro and was dqed... Maniac Cop (who pinned Ultimo Vampiro easily) and Kato Kung Lee had to go at it. At the end, the referee took a bump, Mister Niebla attacked Kato, Super Muņeco helped Kato, the referee saw... DQ.
