AAA, From Toreo de 4 Caminos, Naucalpan, EdoMex. Taped March 7th. REY DE REYES. Announcers: Jesus 'Viper' Zuņiga, Arturo 'Rudo' Rivera and Andres 'El Negro' Maroņas. Toreo de Cuatro Caminos looked full capacity.

*** Vatos Locos vs Vipers for the national atomicos title, one fall match.

-- 3 Vatos (without Picudo) and the 4 Vipers get into some move exchanges, with no brawling at all, and with the Vipers taking the proxy tecnico role and getting a slight advantage, then, Picudo enters and the brawling is on, as the Vatos start beating the Vipers all over the place. Vatos Locos are in charge as they perform some of their team attacks, Manson assisting with drop-kicks a powerbomb, 4 way drop-kicks, 'catapulta'+carry+drop on Manson's boots, etc. All four Vipers end on the ring and react by ducking quadruple corner smashes, Vipers start brawling, not too violent, or not violent at all, Manson is flung to the first row, twice, punches, kicks, stomps... Vipers made it back to the ring and Vatos take turns into being outnumbered, as Vipers start doing their own team attacks. Vipers take to the ring the Vatos, each of them end on one of the Viper's shoulders, but the Vipers make them crash before the theoretical Huracanrana can happen, Vipers go for the starfish, but they can't do it correctly, next, Vatos Locos miss 4 way corner spears, leaving the ring, so that 2 Vipers can deliver near cornerpost topes on opposite corners, then another 2 Vipers deliver another pair of near cornerpost topes!! The Vipers return to the ring but the Vatos Locos sneak behind and drop-kick the Vipers out of the ring, so they can hit quadruple topes suicidas! Nygma and Manson go for huracanranas on Hysteria and Maniaco, Maniaco reverses into a powerbomb and makes Manson quit to a 'el cristo', while Nygma gets the pin, Maniaco throws Nygma out of the ring and then assists Mosco into a back body drop on him! Mayflowers follows with a tope suicida (which ends more in a plancha than a tope). Picudo dodges missile kicks from Psicosis (II) and starts bringing him down with clotheslines+chokingslams moves, and doing some sleeper holds, until someone throws the towel!! Vatos win the match and keep the titles.

Good match, maybe not their best one, but only the ending was a little (or a lot) weak, and maybe some parts of the spots were uninspired... this had a whole less brawling, but good building up. At the end, Sangre Chicana went to the ring to celebrate, while 'Cibernertico' went there and attacked the Vipers, Abismo, Electro Shock and the real Cibernetico arrived and beaten the fake Ciber, unmasking him as Canek.

*** Cage Match-- Antonio Silva, Carlos Gutierrez, Thai Boxer and Kick Boxer vs Mascara Sagrada jr, Heavy Metal, Parka jr and Hijo del Perro Aguayo.- The Kick Boxers vs AAA angle began using the Vipers, then they involved the juniors out of nowhere, so out of nowhere comes this match (well, maybe out of the Kick Boxer vs Heavy Metal feud).

-- The kick boxers start ahead with some kicks and punches, the juniors react and use some powerbombs and suplexes to even the match, the tecnicos go for some escapes but with no success, until Perrito powerbombs and then does the double stomp on one of the kickboxers, and gets out of the cage. Next, Heavy Metal misses a corner headbutt and Carlos Gutierrez steps over him and climbs to the top of the cage, making the escape. Later, Mascara jr goes out, followed by Thai Boxer, the battle goes on, with Heavy Metal getting the better from Kick Boxer, but unable to climb out of the cage, Kick Boxer goes out before (btw, in every cage match, Kick Boxer leaves the cage before Metal, save AAAmania from last year... maybe), Heavy goes out immediately after Kick Boxer. Meanwhile, Silva has Parka jr in an armbar, and Parka sells a shoulder separation or something, but reacts with a belly to belly suplex and a leg drop, but his right arm is in too bad shape to let him escape... Silva keeps doing armbars on Parka jr's right arm, without making any attempts to leave the cage, so the juniors return to the cage, then the kickboxers, then the boxers go out, winning the match, while Parka jr has to be stretched out...

The best thing about this match was that they kept it short, with steady good overall action, and a good ending that sets a revenge on a short term. At least, after months of teasing getting the Kick Boxers fighting the Vipers, this time the Boxers got into action.

*** Three way dog collar loser lose the hair match: Sangre Chicana 'vs' Cobarde jr vs Perro Aguayo.-

-- Sangre Chicana and Cobarde jr beat Perro for some time, soon, 'el can de Nochistlan' is juicing, then, typical Perro reaction, as he uses the chain to punch both of his enemies, who start bleeding, Cobarde tried to touch the top turnbuckle s but Perro stopped him before, usual Sangre hits Cobarde spot, and Perro goes for the win for some tries, but the rudos won't let him, and in one try, Tirantes obstructed Perro's way! Sangre Chicana is the first one to touch the top turnbuckle , Perro and Cobarde go on with Cobarde jr getting some help from Tirantes and Chicana, until Cobarde hits Perro, Perro goes for the first top turnbuckle , the second, the third, he goes for the fourth, Sangre jumps on him, Perro ducks, slaps Sangre, gets the fourth top turnbuckle , take the match, Cobarde's hair and his last victory at Toreo de 4 Caminos, Perro's family goes to the ring, fireworks, shaving, etc, as the show comes to an end.

Expected ending, the match was well designed and came out good for the guys involved on it, at the end, Perro got a huge pop, the fans were happy, Cobarde bald, so I guess it was OK.

Arena Coliseo. First match from March 23, the others from March 26.

*** Blue Panther, Universo 2000 and Mascara Aņo 2000 vs Headhunters and Tinieblas jr.-

1.- Rudo brawling, at the end, they drop one of the Headhunters on Tinieblitas and make the 1,2,3 count, then, they flip them over and pin the Hunter as well. 2.- Fat planchas on Panther and Universo, then the pin, Tinieblas makes Mascara submit to a Boston crab. 3.- Tinieblas jr soon throws Panther out of the ring, and hits a side plancha, one of the Hunters put Mascara into a submission hold, the other Hunter bodyslams Universo and goes to the top turnbuckle to do the moonsault, but Universo makes him crotch himself to the top turnbuckle , which should have been ruled a foul, but the referees didn't see it, so Universo covers for the pin and the rudos take the match.

*** They aired clips from the previous week's Salvador Lutteroth/Santo tournament, which Ringo Mendoza and Super Astro won. The only thing of notice there was, that during the last match, with Shocker and Mr Niebla vs Ringo and Super Astro, Shocker got a lots of boos, for no apparent reason other than beating the old Ringo... they followed with a video clip with Super Porky, Atlantis and Tinieblas jr in a park talking about Rayo jr, then Shocker arrives, then a black limo with los Dinamitas, Apolo and Markus jr, the rudos attack the tecnicos, sending Atlantis and Brazo de Plata to a fountain and generally stomping them for a while, the rudos go away and we find out that Shocker had not received a single blow!!!! Even Atlantis said that Shocker is not a tecnico anymore...

*** Lightning match: Saigoncito Dragon, el Ultimo Dragoncito vs Pierrothito.-

-- Once again, a great minis lighting match!! Here, they don't get into the Tzuki-Mini Rey-Mascarita ground of superacrobatic moves, but they had a lot of excellent moves, Pierrothito did some powermoves, for instance a meltdown (but Dragoncito escaped with a flip) and a choking slam, he also hit a jump into the middle turnbuckle then out of the ring plancha, Dragoncito, besides the great armdrags and flying headsicssors, connected a couple of thru the ropes somersault planchas, including one very near the cornerpost, Dragoncito took the match with a crucifix like pin.

*** Black Warrior, Satanico and Villano III vs Felino, Emilio Charles and Mr Niebla.-

1.- Old fashioned work for a primera caida, at one point, Satanico and Villano go to the floor, Charles slides and Warrior tries a senton,, Emilio moves away, then covers, the rudos try to hit him, but he moves again, so they hit Warrior, Warrior and the older rudoes tease a fight, since Shocker might be turning rudo, does that mean that Warrior might became tecncico? (*NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!*), Charles even steps to 'help' Black Warrior, then Satanico hits Villano so Warrior and Villano tease fighting with Satanico... the tecnicos take the fall after Niebla pins Warrior after a reverse tope, and Felino uses 'la Casita' on Villano III.
2.- Satanico takes Felino to 'la esquina del dolor', so the rudos punish him for some time, the tecnicos try to make the save and the rudo brawling is all over the ring, Villano III hits a senton on Mr Niebla and gets the 3 count, Satanico and Villano start harislaming Emilio, and Satanico pins him with a cradle, so the match goes 1-1 in fall counts. 3.- The rudos keep brawling for a long time, Felino hints a reaction but rudos go into higher rudo brawl gear, with Villano getting a berseker boxing rage, their momentum stops when they go for 'la carreta' (typical) and the tecnicos made the comeback. At the end, Satanico low punts Emilio Charles jr and the tecnicos are awarded with the match.

Quite good, but once again, they used one of those no sense ending, I can understand that someone (a rudo) would use a foul to stop a match if one of his partners is pinned and the other is out of action due to a tope suicida or something like that, but here, although the tecnicos were in the middle of a reaction, things were, in the worst scenario for the rudos, even, so it made no sense to end the match in a foul, other than the 'tecnicos must always win' approach.

*** Santo, Negro Casas and Gigante Silva vs Scorpio jr, Bestia Salvaje, Apolo Dantes and Gran Markus jr.- Handicapped match. Before the match, they aired an interview with Scorpio jr and Zumbido in which Scorpio blamed Guero Rangel about losing the mask, casually, Guero is walking on the background, so the rudoes go after him, Guero opens his car and takes out a club or something, but, naturally, Scorpio takes it away from him and breaks Rangel's car's windows and windshield, Zumbido continues hitting the car and the rudos leave... I would have called the cops, but Rangel said he'll go to Paco Alonso...

-- Apolo and Markus pin Gigante Silva to a corner, so Bestia and Scorpio go at it with Negro and Santito, Scorpio was using his mask, so they brawled for a while with Santito and Negro unmasking Scorpio. The rudos team on Silva, Silva did more or less the same stuff as in the previous week, well, maybe a little more. Santo then made up for last week's match with some strong one tecnico on two rudos offense. The end had Silva, Markus and Apolo out of action as they went out of the ring to fight, in the ring, Santo used la de a caballo to put Bestia out, at the same time Scorpio jr powerbombed and pinned Negro, so Santito and Scorpio jr went at it trading some near falls, at the end, Santo did a rana, and Bestia and Negro take turns at reversing those to get their respective partners into the pinning positions, until Santito got the 3 count.

Seņor Casas: you got the right ending on the wrong week!!!! Oddly enough, the ending here was pretty bad executed, but worked good for the crowd. Since Scorpio and Zumbido were in the angle, does that means that they two will lose their hair vs Santo and Negro in the short run, before Negro turns on Santito again???

The previous two weeks were surprising because of the amount of actual matches they had, last week with a ladies match and 5 4 corners matches on AAA, now in CMLL, besides the tourney highlights, they had 4 matches (2 of them 3 fall matches!!), all of that in 1.5 hour shows!!!
