4 - 4"x4"x8' boards
8 - Cinder blocks
Place the cinder blocks 8 feet apart
There should be 2 blocks in the first row, 3 blocks in the second row, and 3 blocks in the third row
1) All team members must have the same departure point using only the 4 boards.
2) Passage can only be made by staying on the high ground and avoiding all contact with the land.
3) Should team members make contact with the land all members must move back to the departure point.
4) You can make your own rules to make this more challenging. For instance, blindfolding some team members, taking away a board or telling some people they can't use their right arm.

15mm rope (10ft or more)
2 6'x6' mats
Something overhead to tie off the rope
Small cup of water
Safely secure the rope overhead so swinging can take place
Place the two mats apart, the distance will vary with the length of the rope as well as the height of where it is suspended from
Fill up a glass of water ¾ full
1) All team members must depart from the same side
2) If a person touches the ground they must return to the other side
3) The glass of water needs to move from one to the other, without spilling a drop. Any drop spilled will result in all people going back to the start
4) You can make it more challenging by disabling people
