Available in voltage ranges from 100V to 240V AC, the variety of GT3s reduces the need to stock or buy additional timers (12V and 24V AC/DC are also available). IDEC is one of the few manufacturers with a "true" of f-delay timer. Thus, no external control switch is required for operation, and mounting only requires an 8-pin octal socket.

The GT5P timer family has all the functions and capabilities that you would expect from an IDEC timer, including UL approval and CSA certification, in a compact, space-saving package. The GT5P has a 5 amp contact rating on all but the 240V version, plus power on and timing out indicator lights. The GT5P also has the 24V AC and 12V DC styles in a compact size with either 8- or 11-pin octal base termination.

The GT5Y timer is the same size as its predecessor, RTY, but with added features. Also with power on and timing out indicator lights, this timer contains four timing ranges in one model, all with UL approval and CSA certification.
