Uhmm....let me tell you a little about myself....my name is Amy and I attend the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I don't really like it here(hence the people, atmosphere), and I'm probably going to transfer for the fall semester. My artistic areas of interest are fashion design, animation, computer graphics, and illustration. This is my first semester at SAIC, cuz I slacked off in high school and didn't apply to colleges until later. Before Chicago, I was living in Austin , Texas with my older brother and going to community college there. I don't really like Texas and felt like a BIG, FAT LOSER there. Of course I still feel like that, but now I'm a small, skinny loser. Much better. I have buck teeth and half of my face caved in when I was six(don't ask why) and I never got asked to the Prom. I also have size thirteen feet. You believe all of this don't you? Of course! Ok, more about me....I spent nearly my whole life living in Seoul, Korea(I don't speak Korean though). I went to school at the American military base there-Yongsan. Despite what I may have said about Korea in the past(it's polluted, smelly, overpopulated, etc.), I really miss it. Most of all, I miss my friends.
I have one mommy, and one daddy. I have two brothers(they're connected at the hip) and one sister. I also have two Black Labrador/Newfoundland dogs(they're also connected at the hip), and one Black Labrador puppy. My sister is married to some guy in the Navy(he's a seaman!! hee hee) and has a baby. My oldest brother is engaged, and my other brother has no girlfriend cuz he has a foot long horn growing out of his chin. I miss and love my boyfriend a lot. I also miss my best friend all the time. I like having fun, which I can't seem to do often enough here. I have a Nintendo 64, but I miss my old, 8-bit and 32-bit systems(Legend of Zelda kicked @$$). I also wish I had a Playstation so I could play Final Fantasy 7. My dorm room is nice and spacious. I have a single, and one of the perks about my school(and there're aren't many, believe me) is that we all have our own bathrooms. So basically what this means is that I can go to the bathroom with the door open and no one will see me. I like different kinds of music. I like Celine Dion and the Backstreet Boys(which my boyfriend makes fun of), and I love 80's music. I also like punk and a little ska. Mostly poppy punk stuff though. Lookout Records has some great bands. I'm an avid reader of comic books(X-Men, Shi, Kabuki) and fantasy novels(Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms series), and if I had a computer, I'd play King's Quest games all the time. King's Quest may suck eggs, but I enjoyed playing. I also like shopping, eating, talking on the phone, and going to movies(omigosh, like totally!). So that's what I do in my spare time. I don't do art. I'm sick of art. I had to build a footstool in my 3D class and use the power tools. Power tools are scary. Even drawing naked people in my classes isn't fun anymore.
