Homecoming Week
The theme for Homecoming was Board Games. The Seniors had Monopoly. On the 20th of September we could start building our float. Our saying was "Monopolize the Knights". We had the train with a trailer on it as our float.
On the 24th of September we had Spirit Night. At Spirit night all of the classes compete against each other. We play a bunch of different games. The favorite game is the good old Tug of War. The Senior Class got first place. GO SENIORS!!!
On the 26th was the Parade and Game. I was in charge of getting the parade lined up. It was a lot of work but it was fun. We had about 50 participants. Before the Parade the floats were judged.
At half-time of the Football game they announced the winner of the floats and King and Queen. The King canidates were: Ben Truebe, Tom Shaffer, Dan Arnsman, and Chris Wetzel. The Queen canidates were: Julie Koch, Dana Cottingham, Kristen Knapp, and Janel Dickerman. The King and Queen were Ben Truebe and Dana Cottingham. The Senior Class also got first place on the float.
The Dance was on the 27th of September. It was a lot of fun. I went with a friend of mine. We used Candy Land as the theme of the Dance. Homecoming week was a blast.
