I was only a child when I made my first astral trip. At that time I didn't know exactly what was happening to me and as many people, I thought it was only a strange dream.When I was sixteen I started getting contact with all the enormous variety of bibliography that is there, just at one hand to anyone. I was kind of 'guided' to separate what I should read from what I should not. Today I know much better this phenomenon.

It is possible to do it, whoever you are or whatever your point of view is. It happens as an spontaneous process to thousands of people all around the world every day. Unfortunately the voluntary process is a little more difficult. It demands discipline and a good dose of patience and perseverance. But well, the purpose of these lines is not to teach you how to do it. I wouldn't dare to do it since it already exists thousands of books much more able to do it then me, written by more prepared people to write about it. I want here to talk a little about the interesting experience that is to travel through dimensions. And boy I am not talking about using drugs or nothing related.

The first thing I discovered was that it is possible to get out of your own body using a more tenuous one there is nothing but a part of ourselves. Using this body I could simply move myself on my own house, as all the astral trippers start doing. Later I discovered that it was possible to 'visit' other people's house by the same way. Till then everything already seemed so fantastic to me... But the most impressive was to discover that the astral trips can be done through dimensions of time. It may sounds as nonsense, if you start thinking that past is over and that future didn't start yet. The only explanation I could think of is that past and future are not static things and more, that does not exists a definite line separating them, just the way I used to think during all my own life. It is possible to visit determinate moment on past and live it as if you were there as an expectator. I would dare to say a little more, that it is possible to feel as if you were someone else that was there, at that moment. Maybe it explains the faculty that we have been listen someone talk about during all our lives, to know the future.

Some religions call it to kind of 'transmigrate' but I prefer not connect any religion to this, I was taught to respect them all. I want to make clear that I am putting here only what I've learned by my own experience and that I am not telling at all that this is THE absolute true. My intention is to open a 'channel' to people that think like me to make contact, I want to grown up learning more from other people. I am just a curious like many outside... but I don't want to discuss about the subject with the finality to convince people, I want to keep going from the point I am, not to be stopped at it.

So this is the point. Astral trips can put down the barriers of place, space and time. But how does it happens? Since it is not possible to happen easily, does is require a special capability? An special positioning of the stars in the sky? An special atmosphere? And, since I only had experiences with past, is it possible to know the future through the same method? Maybe scientists in the future will wake up to investigate the process a little more appropriately, I mean without so much ceticism but simply trying to discover the truth, minds opened to what they might find. What is beyond the things we already know, since what we know is so little? It's clear to me that the main answers are inside ourselves. We are the door.
