Anyway, SFR didn't fuck around. He knew the crowd was ready to rock and brought out the first band BULKHEAD right away. Although they did not want to play first, their set was pure adrenaline. They started the show off with their song "Incisor" which is on their demo cd. Many people left depressed because the band ran out of them. The band showed much more intensity than their appearance in March for Freakshow LTD. The new lineup has enabled Bulkhead to become a more fierce band. They were always a great band, but now they just kick ass all over.
The next band was VIS@40. With Dave (singer) and his green hair ,and Dave (guitarist) and his Michael Meyers mask, no one knew what to expect. As soon as the lights hit and it was on, Vis@40 showed all the people why "they aren't fucking around." The show was filled with songs from the release "Cruelity 2 Humans" and some old school "Ton of Bricks" stuff as well.
Next up, DISCORD. Before they started SFR made a formal apology to all the Discord fans that were on hand for the Lombard show and said this time, that shit wouldn't happen. Discord rocked the house with it's usual blend of hip hop and in your face metal and destroyed the village of Elk Grove's police departments windows with the wiffle ball bat. (just kidding). They always kick ass and that is why they are around.
RYPT came up next. This was another third string band who has worked with the Ranger. Rypt played a set that brought everyone back to the days when the battle was against the glam. Not the battle is against authority. They jammed hard and closed out with Master of Puupets and they crowd dug it.
Last but not least, INFLICT, the hometown heroes took stage. Inflict, who sold many copies of their demo "Hate Fed" really took many by surprise, and others by no choice. The new wave of madness took over and even the police came in to witness it for themselves.
Other little side notes, ANGE played NWA "Fuck Tha Police" LOUD AGAIN. (He loves to piss off the cops) The Ranger made the annoucement of the tv show THE SILENT MAJORITY coming soon, and also got the crowd to play follow the leader to swear after him, and did address the EGPD by saying if want to have a show called "CRACKHEADS RULE" it is my right.
This was by far one of the best shows for The Strictline and the Stoned Ranger. We would like to thank everyone involved and please continue you excellent support.
WHAT TIME IS IT???
Along with the genius of Rebel Radio president SCOTT DAVIDSON, the Ranger brings the first bar show to Chicago to Smiler Coogans simply titled TWENTY AFTER FOUR. The show will feature INFLICT, DOWNFIND, SOULFOOD, and Tennesse based band DISARAY. The flyer will be up on shows page shortly.

On the heels of the Bush & Gore 2000 tour, SFR will be interviewing Reprise recording artists SNAKE RIVER CONSPIRACY. This will air on Strictline on WHCM Wed, and hopefully we will be able to videotape the interview for Static.
