NEW STRICTLINE SHOWS
Two new shows are on their way. One being Regional Music Underground being produced by Bill Hayden of Possum Records based out of Cedar Lake, I N. This show features unsigned bands from the Midwest and claymation. The show airs on channels 19 and 35 in the NW suburbs of Chicago. Kahoneez, produced by new SRTV director Andrew Linck, is a crazy variety show with all sorts of skits and other pranks as well.
GANJATIME 2002 GOING TO METRO????
Strictline Entertainment is negotiating a date with one the biggest and most recognizable venues in Chicago, the Metro. As many Chicagoians know, this is the place where many Chicago bands like Smashing Pumpkins got their start. The Metro has hosted some of the best national and local talent around. Dates are being thrown around at this point but slated to play are Slytherin, Red River, Rebels Without Applause, and many more.
TALES FROM THE STRICTLINE: AUDIO VERSION
The Stoned Ranger is working on a new audio package, but it will be on CD. The project is titled “Tales From the Strictline: The Album.” The CD features 12 tales being read by the Ranger himself as well as tracks from bands Infrared, Neotribe, Vis@40, and Committed. The CD is being produced by Charlie Anderson, and being engineered by Jim Peterson. The CD should be out around April 2002.
