NEWS FOR JULY 2001

SILENCE IS NOT AN OPTION!!!!
The superfest CHRONICFEST IV is coming. Being named C4 for short because of the little plastic explosive due to the fact it will be a very EXPLOSIVE show. Negotiations failed for the Willowbrook based Arabian Knights Farms due to many misunderstandings and now there are four other considerations that are being looked at. We cannot disclose this information at this time. However this show will take place anytime between mid August to early September.

THE NEW CLASH
Since the September 2000 fiasco CLASH 4 HASH never made it to SRTV, a new battle of the bands is being scheduled for the show as we speak. It will be known as the Sativa Stampede and it will feature 16 bands. The taping will be drawn out for quite a while and it will require alot of work for the crew of SRTV and for the Strictline. Returning for sure are bands from clash SHADOZEDGE, THYATIRA, MESSIN' WITH TEXAS, and the newly reformed Volfgong who is now THE BULLETS. Also 12 other bands who will fight to be in the pilot of a new Strictline production that will feature a bands rehersal, free time, and other stuff.

STONERS 2
The Strictline has not forgotten Stoners Annonymous 2: Ranger's Revenge. The sequel to the flop in May of 2000. It will be four bands in a location yet to be determined. It is hard for this to happen since C4 negotiations are taking place.

HEAR SFR ON THE WEB
Two new developments have taken place in the month of June. One is the new Stoned Ranger mp3 page. Here you can hear some of the best Tales read by the Ranger plus new things coming up. The second is the Lycos talkradio show WSFR: THE SECOND STAGE. You can hear this occasionally at http://www.lycos.talkradio.com. When ever the Ranger decides to broadcast. Which will be more frequently in the mornings coming July.
