NEWS FOR JULY 1999

THE NUMBERS WEREN'T EXACTLY RIGHT BUT...
Strictline Entertainment put on the first show since the Dec. flop GO F*CK YOURSELF simply entitled Chronicfest II. This was the follow up to the independent recording that the Stoned Ranger did on Valentine's Day '98. It happened on the 4th of July and it without question was one of the hotest days ever.

Although it took a while for the crowd to build up due to the hot weather and getting through the "other plans" they had, people evntually started showing up. The first band, School for Scoundrels, played to an "empty audience." The Fillers who are known for their 4th of July party had guests doing the BBQ thing on the back patio. Instead of facing front, SFS actually turned around and played towards the small crowd. Even though, the show started bleak and things didn't go as planed, SFS kept their head up and still played an awesome set. The Stoned Ranger basically held his comments until more people came.

When I thought that we have witness another flop, people started coming. They kept coming, and in this crowd of people was the band Headcase who just arrived. SFR took stage and anounced the "real beginning" of Chronicfest II. Many admired the stage that was put together, but many disaproved of the harsh brand of humor SFR gave out. His top 10 list of "reasons to come to Chronicfest over summer festivals" was funny, but crossed the line of what was socially acceptable and what was not. Yet, many still found it humorous. I personally think we could of did without the child molestation and trailer sex comments, but still found it funny. SFR then unleashed the intense style of Malik's rap, and Chris Calesini's ferocious drumming. This went over so well, the bassist of Headcase even took the stage with them and played. The crowd was totally into it. When SFR took the stage back, he asked if they wanted to hear a drum solo from Chris, and not caring whether they wanted to or not, he let him loose, and the crowd was awestruck by the talent that Calesini possessed. Once again, SFR took stage and infuriated people. His "I don't give a fuck attitude" kinda turned off some of the people in the crowd. So Korn Doggie Dogg Ange filled in the void with some music. Playing the ever popular "Nookie" by Limp Biskit. SFR made the comment that the band got it's name from some dude's dick got "limp" from fucking his dog named "Biskit." Sheez.

Keg number three was opened and Headcase took full advantage of the stage, and as a matter of fact, was the first band in history to put a hole in the stage. Putting on two sets of sheer intensity and powerful songs that stuck with you, Headcase made the crowd become awestruck with the talent it possessed. Many people were really impressed with the band as it made it's mark in Strictline history. That was it for live entertainment, at least the crowd thought. SFR took stage and then got into an altercation with some guy over Primus. The man tried to cover the mic, but SFR talked through his fingers.

A hour or so went by when all of a sudden, SFR took stage and said that keg number 4 was on it's way and band number 4 was here. It was an acoustic band named Minore. They played some very soothing songs marking the end of an awesome night, with KDDA kicking out the end of the show with some Korn. SFR thanked everyone for coming, talked about the Third World and some of the brains behind this show.
"Without people like the Third World and especially the two people who helped me the most in this project, Andy (Bruno) and Rick (Palenek) this shit would never go down,"said SFR as he closed out the show at aproxiamatley 11:50 pm. Even though the entertainment was over, the party continued.

On a couple side notes, CFII maked the return of the Producer who really did not make an on stage focus, but his prescence was felt, but the ultimate return of DJ Michaelfellon who has stated he is down with 3W. I will say more about that later. Now it wasn't 6 bands, 6 freaks, 6 kegs. It was more like 4 bands, 4 kegs, and 2 freaks (SFR & KDDA)but this was a reminder to all that are skeptical, the Stoned Ranger is back and he can't be kept down forever. Strictline Entertainment is back in the game, and wants blood this time.

The idea has come up for two more shows at least for sure. There will be a memorial show to pay respect to Mary Rita Casaccio who is a mother both to Michael and The Stoned Ranger. Casaccio is pushing for the show taking place at Unique Cuisine, the place where she used to work. It will be a mellow showm but later on the show that will not be so mellow will be coming back to the Filler's once again. Keep your eye on the shows link for more info.

THE "NEW" VAULT
For all of you that don't already know, I am now in charge of the vault on my own page which you can find under www.angelfire.com/il2/theatagonist. I have decided on doing this because the virus is getting closer and closer to it's account maximum and I don't want to see the page expire. I will have artifacts, undercover news, and more clues to who I am. I also may try to find out more about the Mark's happenings in his universe of professional wrestling.

STONED RANGER BAND???
Rumor has it that the Stoned Ranger may put together a band. Maybe??? It is just a rumor though.

HELP WANTED
The Third World is seeking new members, but not anybody can join. We are looking for a female who is creative and very easy to talk to. This will be especially helpful come Sept for TSE. Please e-mail all inquiries to the bottom E-mail address.

That about wraps it up for this month. Take it easy.
