NEWS FOR DECEMBER 2000

WE TIED ONE ON
The last show for the Strictline took place at the new Matrix club in Chicago. Although due to circumstances beyond their control, Crashpoet could not attend. Yet old Strictline favorites DISCORD and BULKHEAD rocked ass as usual. SEVENDAZE also had an impressive showing as well. It was a good show. Special thanks to Scott Davidson for taking a chance on the Ranger again and ofcourse to all who came out who helped to make this event special.

CHRONICFEST III IS AROUND THE CORNER
It is coming rather quickly. The show of the year Chronicfest III: Santa Smokes Dope is in just 2 weeks. Little City Foundation will be on hand to accept donations so spare some change for them. The list of bands for this one is CRY FOR DAWN, DITCHWATER, GODSIZE, TAXI WAR DANCE, VIS@40, BULKHEAD, BALLISTIC, INFLICT, and ILLROOT. Try to get there early if you have the balls and ovaries to stick it out. It is going to kick major ass so we hope to see you there.

WSFR IS COMING
The Revolution Against the Mainstream. The most creative compilation CD of all time is on it's way out. Being mixed by Bryan Comparon and put together by the Ranger. Featuring voice tracks from the Ranger and Kevin Lorenc. Music by Bulkhead, Crashpoet, Clockbox, FivepointeO, Inflict, Ballistic, Vis@40 and more.

SUSPENSION OF SFR'S PRIVILEDGES AT A T & T
3 months. Halfway there.

THE 4TH AND FINAL (WE HOPE) ATTEMPT
The next show for the Strictline after CFIII will be THE DAY THE SANITY DIED. As many know the first attempt at this show was May 28, 1999 at the Filler Residence. The show was canceled due to the Filler's wishes. The second was November 25, 1999 and was canceled due to lack of funds so The Bong B4 Xmas could go. The third was the whole bullshit scharade in Dekalb this past September, so this time it better go. It takes place at Riley's with 1st Left, formerly known as Brainwashed, headlining. It also features Bulkhead, Ditchwater, Sans Everything, and Faceless.

WHOLE LOT OF SHOWS COMING UP
Many shows are planned for Jan/Feb 2001. They will feature familiar faces like DISCORD, INFLICT, BULKHEAD, CRY FOR DAWN, and new faces like SANS EVERYTHING, SUFFOCATE THE SICKNESS, and DEKAPYTRON. Stay with the shows page to find out more.
