Next, DJ103 played more crazy house, and on a very surprising note, Aaron Sturm made an appearance which brought the first public performance of "They Took My Bong Away." The crowd was going nuts for Rypt, so SFR brought them out. Rypt did a very long set which people loved which included the finale with SFR singing and a girl Terry playing the Dave Mustaine style Jackson V doing a whacked out version of "Tornado Of Souls." Rypt really got the crowd going and their second appearance in Strictline history was well worth the return.
After that, fights broke out and the place was torn apart. This left the last band Disension to play for a small crowd. Yet they still rocked.
The show was closed and it was an exhausting evening. Thanks to all the bands who played, and a big thanks to all who attended and brought food.
BACK ON THE RADIO
SFR is officially back on WHCM, Harper College Radio. Catch the "Strictline on WHCM" between 7am-9am on WHCM. His hours will be different next semester so stay tuned.
ACCIDENTALLY WRITTEN
The Stoned Ranger is getting ready for the next show which will be entitled "THE ACCIDENTAL CONCERT." This will be a concept show which will feature only two bands, and a shit load of acting and dancing. It will be based on a story about a homeless person who makes it into the music business on accident.
